T4E is a NGO founded in 2017 in Constanta, Romania. Its team is made up of young people and adults, including managers, technicians, admin staff, teachers, youth workers, trainers and researchers. They improve the socio-economic conditions and all aspects of the quality of life through education, research and consulting to address societal challenges. The organisation is active in youth work by promoting young people and youth workers mobility, voluntarism, diversity, equality, tolerance, involvement, participation, engagement and empowerment and by helping them to gain additional knowledge, attitudes, transversal competences and skills.
