The organisation's works is mainly focues in the field of trainings for developing and improving soft skills, communication skills, teamwork, decision-making, time management and etc. Additionally, it has experience in the field of IT, unemployment of youths NEETs group, social inclusion of minorities and refugees entrepreneurship, ecology, active citizenship and other highly important labor market areas.
